Four new customers from Ghana recently visited the GENRON factory. They came to inspect flatbed and lowbed trailers on the recommendation of existing customers, and were accompanied by Joanna, GENRON’s Sales Manager, who introduced the production process and technical details of the various trailers, especially flatbed, lowbed, tilting and side tilting trailers. The visit further deepened the understanding and recognition of GENRON products. At the same time, it also laid a foundation for the customer to order the second batch of 70T low-bed semi-trailers in our company for the second time.
Joanna led the Ghanaian customer to visit the trailer manufacturing workshop. She patiently explained the key steps in the production process. These steps include material selection, welding, painting and quality inspection. Customers were impressed by the high manufacturing and inspection standards of GENRON trailers. They were particularly interested in the design of the flatbed and lowbed trailers. They also recognized GENRON GENRON’s unique design style for the South African market and liked the design details on the back of the flatbed trailers.

After the workshop visit, the Ghanaian customer talked with Joanna. They discussed the details of the trailer’s design, size, load capacity and production lead time. They were very satisfied with the GENRON factory visit. The advanced equipment and high professionalism impressed them. They were very satisfied and the talks built up trust between the two parties. Subsequently, the Ghanaian customer ordered three 4-axle flatbed trailers and three 3-axle 70-ton low-bed trailers. The Ghanaian customer not only recognized GENRON’s professional service, but also expressed their willingness to establish a long-term cooperation and promised to recommend GENRON to other potential customers.
